Probably The Worst Company in History 😈

Jesus sounds like ASUS in Spanish and a Donkey in Switzerland German, ASUS can be called a Donkey’s Ass

Turns out ASUS has a name that sounds like Jesus and probably more depending upon what language you know, personal I can tell you this much, ASUS ant no fucking saint or God for that matter.

It all began with Dream Machine 2014 and the USB ports disconnecting and reconnecting. Wait one moment, it began the first time I ever owned a ASUS product, witch was in 2006 when the motherboard would hang almost a minute before completely booting. It was ASUS P4S800D-X a ugly looking motherboard and something I could case less about at the time because the one before, ASRock motherboards wait one moment again isn’t ASRock a knock off of ASUS, Yes that’s right!.

ASRock may of been a knock off of ASUS back then and as of now ant anymore, guess that’s why the NAS\Server is still running. What went down for the ASUS Maximus VII Hero motherboard when I first got it, was the USB disconnecting and reconnecting and thought it was insignificant power been deliver to USB ports. This happened once every often and could be replicated so easily.

Until one day just before E3 2015 when summer was about to began it happened, I completely lost it, literally lost it. Ten years messing around with PC’s aka Machines and to only hate them has mush has it did when it took place.

ASUS caused over a decade all relationship to almost end on the cause of me losing what I love doing, been a machine head and pure PowerUser that most of you wouldn’t hold shit to, honestly I would burn this vessel up to prove you wrong along with me eating your soul in the progress.

The Console War is Over 🙂

The PC .vs Consoles has come to an end for me, noting wrong with a little extra cash

Its nice to be back in the digital world for once and I kinda mean that in a good way. I’ll try and tell this story without talking much about what happen, up to this point. With it been summer and all there’s always things to be doing around the house, work more or less, but not for me that was, not when you have punks running around everywhere. Kids with noting to do, so said what the hell, you pucks are going to mow the lawn this summer for some extra cash.

So with them mowing the lawn and been kids, loud ass mouths, I overheard them talking about stupid consoles and of course, had to get in on that shit. Not to mention the mount of times hearing Destiny and reading it in the head lines when flicking though the gaming news. Now when hearing Destiny I immediately think about the stripper me and girlfriend had dancing for us, Yes the girlfriend is that cool, isn’t yours?

The first person I asked goes by the name of Nickolas Robinson, he played hundreds of hours of you guested it Call of Fucking Duty. After a very long talk, I asked him would he be interested in buying a Xbox 360 considering his father knocked over the first one, with the game inside that lead him to purchase a new Call of Duty game, because the optical bay drive eat the disc, noting new coming from Microsoft right.

Seemed like he was interested at first, but he was more worried about getting high! The asking price was $120 dollars or mow the lawn and just pay me $100 dollars, pretty good price even though it only came with one game, Gears of War 3. The only reason I purchase a new Xbox 360 after I modded the second one. Weeks went by just like Nickolas did with is loud ass car and said to myself first come first serve.

Samsung’s SSD 840 EVO Advanced Performance Optimization 😡

Should of stuck with a Mechanical HDD if Advanced Performance Optimization acts like a Defrag Utility

After getting dream machine 2014 build up and running, the Samsung SSD 840 EVO had noticeable slow downs and didn’t know where it was coming from at the time. The ASUS Maximus VII Hero got the finger pointed at when I first noticed the slow downs, but it wasn’t the only thing that was causing slowdowns in the system.

Really don’t want to talk about the Problems I encountered with ASUS Maximus VII Hero motherboard, lets just say they should have did a better job packaging up their drivers, stupid fucks. Nonetheless the problem was fix by installing Intel Chipset drivers and not the ones from ASUS website.

Now comes Samsung SSD 840 EVO with extreme slowdowns and it was even more Noticeable when running a test that was found on PC Perspective website. Techie007 the developer of the application, wrote a new benchmarking program that would specifically test for an age/speed correlation by reading files already on the SSD, and then display its findings graphically.

PlayStation 3 Backup Utility

Let’s Upgrade Our PlayStation 3 HDD

Plug-in Play these days are pretty much well, like the DOS days

When will people learn that you can’t backup 320GB of data to a hard disk drive with a FAT32 file system. With a FAT32 File System you’ll only be able to have one partition that can hold 32GB’s of data, not including Digital Vs. Binary, that leaves you with uncounted space along with Cluster Size on the Hard disk drive. When it comes to understanding sectors on the hard disk drive you also have to account for the hidden sectors that would be needed to access the data inside the 512 bytes per sector.

Newer Hard disk drives (HDD) in the last few years have been coming with 4K sectors and custom ways to handle the new 4K sectors, for example Seagate and Western Digital has it own way of dealing with old hardware and the way it can change the sectors depending on what operating system you use.

Until then, hard drive manufacturers will implement the 4K sector transition in conjunction with a technique called 512-byte sector emulation, The introduction of 4K-sized sectors will depend heavily on 512-byte sector emulation. This term refers to the process of translating from the 4K physical sectors used in Advanced Format to the legacy 512-byte sectors expected by host computing systems.
